For standard website products, the first round of Perfect Proof™ is included with your order and free to pick up at our Carrollton, TX facility. 

We charge a nominal fee for delivering your Perfect Proof™ to you.

Our templates are intended to be imported into design software on their own layer to serve as guides for layouts. 

Before exporting your artwork's print file, be sure to delete the template layer.

Our bleed requirements call for an additional 1/8" of non-critical artwork on all sides. 

For square and rectangular designs, add .25" to the width and height of your products's finished size. For example, artwork for a standard 3.5" x 2" business card would be 3.75" x 2.25" if it was sized to include 1/8" bleed on all sides. 

For folded, bound, and die-cut products, consider using one of our free templates to set up your artwork to include 1/8" bleed wherever it is needed.

We print in CMYK. Make sure that your artwork's colors are CMYK throughout your print file. If your print file has any elements that are not in CMYK color mode, they must be converted in order for the file to be printed.  We'll handle this for you, but you should be aware that this conversion can cause undesirable shifts in color.  If you're unsure of what to expect, we suggest requesting a Perfect Proof so you can see your results before the order is printed. 

We suggest submitting artwork with graphics, images, and text in 300 dpi resolution to achieve optimal print quality.

We prefer press quality PDFs over any other file format, but we will also accept press quality JPEGs, PNGs, and SVGs. 

Specialty finishing options like foiling and embossing require a vector graphic layer that indicates where the finishing is on the printed product. If your custom product has these options, we'll need a vector file from you.

Turnaround time is the amount of time it takes for us to print your order. We offer same day printing, as well as next day, 3-day, and 5-day turnaround times.

Shipping time is separate from turnaround time. Turnaround time only accounts for the time it takes for us to print your order.

If you need your order by a specific date, please be sure to take into consideration the difference between turnaround times and shipping times when selecting your turnaround option.

Turnaround days are the same as our production days - Monday through Friday when our staff is here to print your order.

Yes. Faster turnaround times will increase your printing costs. Our products’ pricing calculators will automatically reflect the price of whichever turnaround time has been selected so you can compare the cost of each option.
